I have recently retired from the Internal Revenue Service after over 20 years of service. The first five years I was an Exempt Organizational Revenue Agent. Some of the type of exempt organizations I audited, Churches, Ministries, VFW, Elks, heath organization and both private and public foundations, to name a few.

Due to my background of being an exempt organization Revenue Agent, I was picked up to work as an Abusive Tax Revenue Agent. I worked over 10 years in the Abusive Tax group. I worked on both Promoter Investigation and Preparer Investigations. I also worked on fraud cases. I have testified in Tax Court.

At the end of my service with the Internal Revenue Service, I served as a Tax Compliance group manager. I reviewed and/or closed on an average of 10 to 15 returns a week.

Before I started working for the Internal Revenue Service, I graduated from Metro State University with a Bachelor of Accounting. I also served over 11 years in the Army.
